How do we apply?
Pick up the phone and call us. We can talk about specifics of your project. We will meet with the borrower and go over a one page checklist and forms of what we will need to process the loan. You can click on the loan application below for the program you are interested in to see that checklist and what is required for our applicants. Not all items on the application checklists below may not be applicable to each loan so a call with our staff to walk through the checklist is always recommended before completing an application. When you are ready to apply contact our staff and we can provide you a secure file link to securely upload application documents.
